After the remarkable success of the previous five editions, WATERPOLO PEOPLE association organizes the sixth edition of Yellow Ball Waterpolo International Event.
The event will take place at Futura Club Itaca-Nausicaa Resort of Rossano Calabro (CS) from June 28th to July 4th 2020 and divided into four tournaments (Under 11, Under 13, Under 15 Male and Female)
"We're happy and proud about on the feedback had last year. All teams, players and families enjoyed a lot into the wonderful village", said Mr. Franco Porzio, founder of the tournament and olympic gold medal at Barcellona '92.
More than 40 teams, in fact, challenged each other to become Yellow Ball Champion 2019; between thees, 1 french team and 3 southafrican teams.
"We want to host with us many teams from all the continents showing them the beauties of Calabria and, in general, of the Southern Italy through waterpolo. We had some request to export the Yellow Ball brand in other nations and we are working for it. But for the moment, we want to improve the quality of the event that is having so many compliments".
Flagship of the Yellow Ball is the magnificent village which has inside: apartments, game pools, hydromassage, sport fields (soccer, basketball, volley, tennis), beach volley fields, restaurant, bar, disco and private beach.
Inside the village the water park Odissea 2000, the largest in the Southern Italy, will host all participants of Yellow Ball 2020.
Also this year, Waterpolo People Association will make available a BUS TRANSFER service totally free from Naples, Sibari and Lamezia Terme.
Technical Director of the event Amaurys Perez, world champion at Shanghai 2011: "I'll waiting for everybody at June to live togheter a week of great fun in the name of sport and waterpolo. I assure you that the atmosphere of Yellow Ball is magic".
Therefore, registrations at YeBa 2020 are open. It will be possible to register teams till next 28th February 2020.
